Government of Ontario (ELTO)

This client is a branch of the Ontario government that deals with land disputes; ELTO is the main body and it houses five tribunals. With this redesign, ELTO is looking for an entirely new, responsive site that is not limited by the ‘typical government’ website template. The site must have a clean and corporate feel, WCAG AA compliance and be friendly towards low bandwidth connections.
